Questions, answered.
No. The fee is only charged after your application is approved. You'll first receive a Disclosure Document covering the fee, an earnings statement, litigation history, and our [REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY], and you'll have a full 7-day review period before the payment option unlocks. Routes stay locked and requests stay disabled until payment is confirmed.
It's a projection based on documentation we keep on file, detailed in our written [EARNINGS STATEMENT], which states what the figure is based on and when it was last calculated. It is not a guarantee — actual results vary by route volume, days worked, and your operating costs.
The network requires a 2-van minimum to apply. Once you have a second cargo or sprinter van, you're welcome to start an application.
